We are disappointed to inform you that Harrier Primary Academy is unable to open in September 2023. We have communicated with families that have applied and would like to acknowledge the support we have received from so many people.

Harrier Primary Academy will be opening with a breakfast club (7.35am-8.35am).
We will not have an after school provision in the first year but are looking to work with local providers to arrange collections from our school.
We will provide more details to parents after offer day.

A message from Essex Fire Museum

"We have got a special open day on the 1st April to celebrate Essex County Fire and Rescue Service’s 75th anniversary. There will lots of different vehicles and displays to look at on the day.

We also have two more open days in April.

Tuesday 11th April (Easter holidays)

Sunday 30th April

There will be opportunities for families to get involved in history trails around the museum, craft activities and a chance to sit on the fire engines (and sq**rt water😊).

The museum is free entry (but visits are by appointment only……..as we are on the site of an operational fire station).

If families are interested, could they please email us at: [email protected] and tell us the number in their party and the time they would like to arrive (we are open from 10.30am to 4.00pm). This is just because we have to keep the station informed of numbers throughout the day.
