It's with great sadness that after almost 10.5 years, we have to close our Benfleet centre today.

I am very grateful for all your patronage and support through the years.

We are now accepting transfers and new students at our Basildon centre,
Kumon Basildon Study Centre.

We attended the annual Kumon international conference today!! On Zoom !! Lots of new developments to look forward to. Constantly improving and evolving, keeping the students in mind !!

We had our first week of physical classes in centre at Benfleet Methodist church!! We were all very excited to have some normalcy again!! What really shone through was the resilience of the children & the fantastic continuity in their work. They were so happy, very engaged and carried on as if the lockdown never happened !! Thank you to our efficient teaching team for providing them with seamless service & care!

Meet Buster! 😍He is our Benfleet study centre’s mascot. He is always there with me when I’m on zoom classes...He’s there when I set, pick and mark work! He’s my rock!! Buster helps boost the morales of my students too l,(after they finish their work) & he is a fantastic ice breaker for new students. Buster always wants to see the kids on screen & say hello !! Today, I just think he has had enough of level J maths work! Bless him 😇

It’s always such a gratifying feeling , a feeling of success and a feeling of pride... when you see your students hard at work. Our team is always involved and makes sure the children are happy and confident when they leave class to face their work the next day !!

We l❤️ve snow ! Our students have welcomed this wonderful weather and enjoyed !! Kumon work never stopped!! They worked before playing in the snow or after .... while some just enjoyed the beautiful weather in the background!! One proud instructor !!
