*RE-OPENING UPDATE*

As you are all aware, we have had refurbishment works going on this week - Shaun, Darren, Vince, Charley and a bunch of the team have all been working their socks off… but with a few delivery delays, it’s going to take an extra day to get everything finished up! This means there will be no classes on Monday 17th August - we will of course keep you updated with additional updates, but this will hopefully give as much notice as possible! With all the hard work that’s gone into the club over the last week or so, we want it to be complete, so the extra time is necessary to give the best environment for everyone going forwards - honestly it is going to be epic… but we just need you to be patient a little longer 🙏

Our Women’s Open Mat is a welcoming space to build confidence, develop your skills, and train alongside a supportive community.❤️🔥

It was amazing to see so many women on the mats, sharing knowledge, pushing each other to improve, and creating such a positive atmosphere. Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a fantastic session.
We can’t wait to do it again! 🙌🏽🔥

Some people are just too strong, switch your hand orientation to give you stronger leverage and better chance at breaking their posture and getting them down flat.
