In martial arts, power is importantβ¦ but control is EVERYTHING π
These drills help our students improve technique, build stronger kicks and develop the endurance needed to perform at their best during training and competition.
If it is safe to do so, try practicing this drill at home 3 times per week and you will definitely start to notice the benefits in class π₯
