The biggest misconception about Reformer Pilates?
That you need to be fit, flexible or experienced before you walk through the door.
You don’t!!! ☺️
✨Most of our clients started as complete beginners.
✨Some hadn’t exercised in years.
✨Some came on their own.
✨Some were nervous about their first class.
The hardest part is often booking that first session.
Once you’re on the reformer, you’ll quickly realise that Pilates meets you where you are and helps you build strength, confidence and mobility at your own pace.
