Due to continued growth, Tom Collins Drums is seeking another tutor for our teaching team!

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering high-quality drum tuition and supporting students of all ages and abilities in achieving their musical goals.

LOCATION - SOLIHULL B94

Key Requirements
* High standard of musicianship
* Comprehensive technical, musical and theoretical understanding of drums & broader musical concepts
* Relevant professional music performance experience
* Previous drum teaching experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional, punctual, and organised approach
* The ability to engage, motivate, and develop students
* Relevant Qualifications (preferred but not essential)
* Enhanced DBS Check
* Appropriate References

Responsibilities
* Deliver structured, high-quality drum lessons
* Adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
* Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback
* Manage lesson scheduling and maintain an organised teaching diary
* Communicate professionally with students, parents, and the wider team
* Uphold the high standards and professional reputation of Tom Collins Drums

Incredible day at yesterday having the opportunity to make my first contribution to this project. So fun to be back in the studio tracking drums for some heavy music after a long hiatus.

I first met Ow way back in circa ‘09 when he recorded and engineered the first EP for the band I was playing in at the time. Ow’s work ethic and dedication to music always really stood out and we worked on an additional two records in the years that followed. I was so proud to see the studio that he has has built since then, a truly awesome sounding space full of some VERY special gear, Ow has earned every single little piece of that place. Well done brother!!

Managed to collect plenty of content to post in the coming weeks but some of the videos will have to wait as the music is still very much under wraps.

Nice to hang with the riff machine and all round nice guy 🙌🏻
