We have an overburdened problem.
Not a time problem.
I lose count of how many times I hear women say they don’t have time for themselves ..they don’t remember who they are anymore:
Yeah, we have things in life that we are obligated to do but often on top of that we are carrying and doing way too much.
Over doing and over giving dressed up as being a good partner, a good wife, a good mum a good friend ..
The load needs to be shared.
You were never meant to do it all.
Whether it’s dancing until the sun comes up or starting a new hobby.
You deserve to do things you love too.
