Aston University invites you to a lunchtime Microsoft Teams Live Event, celebrating International Day of Women and Girls in Science. This will take place on 11th February 13:00 – 14:00.

The UK is facing a huge demand for STEM skills across all levels and employers are looking for fresh and diverse STEM talent to drive their businesses forward. This Live Event will feature Andy Street, Mayor of the West Midlands, who will pose questions to a panel of inspiring women engineers. The session will give an overview of the new Institutes of Technology (IoTs) that are being established across the West Midlands region and the training and education opportunities that they offer to all. Participants will have an opportunity to put forward their own questions to the panel.
