Do you have that Monday feeling again?
Are you ready to tackle your alcohol and drug use but feel isolated and don’t know where to start?
SIAS can help. Our groups offer a safe, supportive space where you can connect with others without judgement. Each activity is guided by peer support workers who bring their own lived experience and really understand your journey
We offer a packed timetable from art, mindful reading, women’s and men’s groups to walking football, badminton and family support to name just a few. Our activities are designed to help you feel connected, supported, and part of something positive. Please get in touch for more information about the full programme we offer or just pop in.
Our Drop-In is also open Monday to Friday, 10am-4.30pm - an informal, welcoming space where you can connect with others over a tea or coffee and find support.
You don’t have to do this on your own. Come along, get involved, and take recovery one step at a time.
