Red Nose Day – Tomorrow! ✨🔴
Tomorrow, Friday 20th March, we’ll be supporting Red Nose Day at The Heights Academy.
Pupils are invited to come to school in non-uniform, and if they would like to, they can wear something red to mark the occasion.
Red Nose Day is a great opportunity to come together, have fun and support a fantastic cause. We’re looking forward to seeing lots of red across the school! 😊

✨ Neurodiversity Celebration Week at The Heights Academy
This week, we are recognising Neurodiversity Celebration Week, taking time to learn more about the different ways people think, learn and experience the world.
Across the school, students will be exploring neurodiversity through discussions in lessons, with some groups also taking part in activities to build understanding and celebrate individuality.
At The Heights, we are proud to be an inclusive community where every student is valued, supported and encouraged to be themselves. 💙

It's Children's Mental Health Week 💙
Pupils at The Heights Academy are taking part in activities linked to ‘This Is My Place’, helping them reflect on belonging, kindness and feeling welcome in school.
09/02/2026
During Children’s Mental Health Week, pupils at The Heights Academy will be exploring what helps them feel welcome, included and supported. 💙
From creative activities to reflective discussions, pupils will be sharing their voices and learning how small acts of kindness and connection can help everyone feel that they belong.
Because when children feel they have a place, they’re better able to thrive — emotionally, socially and academically.
