DID YOU KNOW Actor Idris Elba was a talented boxer and even opened up his own fight school in the UK.

Boxing origins
Boxing was actually a part of the ancient Olympic Games from 688 BC, making it one of the oldest sports in the world. Originally, the Greeks fought with strips of leather wrapped around their hands for protection and to increase the impact of their punches. This tradition has evolved significantly over the centuries into the highly regulated sport we know today, with protective gloves and strict rules to ensure the safety of the fighters.
I've been following functional patterns for a number of years now and I must say a lot of what they are saying makes sense.
The fitness industry especially in the UK is full of PTS that are obsessed with deadlifts and mainly sagittal plane movements, the thing is us as humans can move in lots of different planes of motion so why not workout in different planes of motion and specifically to the individuals needs.
