🌟 As we step into a new year, the excitement to set resolutions and goals is palpable. But let’s hit pause for a moment of reflection. 🤔 Rather than diving headfirst into commitments, take the next 6/7 days to sit with your goals. Allow them to resonate with your core values and aspirations. 💭

If, after this introspective period, you find yourself fully committed to your goals, I invite you to share them in the comments below. 🚀 Next Monday (January 8th), I’ll be revealing a transformative five-stage approach – absolutely FREE! 🌈 This approach is designed to empower you on your journey to smashing those goals and reaching new heights in 2024. 💪

Let’s make this year about intentional growth and unwavering commitment to excellence. Your journey begins with thoughtful contemplation. Comment your goal below, and let’s embark on this journey together! ✨

Keep pushing and Keep growing! 🌱

Reflecting on 2023 with Roots to Excellence: 🌱 This year unfolded with both triumphs and challenges. Earning my ICF ACC qualification and speaking at the Business Culture Conference were highs, but let’s be honest—balancing fatherhood, running a business, and my Head of People role was no walk in the park. It’s been a constant reminder that juggling these roles is a beautiful mess, teaching me that some days you’re on top of the world, and others, not so much.

A heartfelt thank you to my clients—you’ve been the heartbeat of my year. Your victories in 2023 have been the shining stars, but behind the scenes, there were moments of doubt and uncertainty. We’re all human, after all. 🙌 As we edge into 2024, the path forward for Roots to Excellence is still taking shape. Expect honest updates about the journey.

Wishing you all progress in 2024 and beyond. Oh, and importantly keep pushing and keep growing! 🚀

If I can help you make the kind of progress you desire in 2024, don’t hesitate to get in touch. And now, embracing the three quotes that have whispered to me in the quiet moments:

1. “Always remember you matter, you’re important, and you are loved, and you bring to this world things no one else can.” - Charlie Mackesy, “The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse”
2. “If it cost you your peace, it’s not worth it.” - Paulo Coelho
3. “Don’t fear failure; fear being in the exact same place next year as you are today.” - Mel Robins

Here’s to the messy, authentic journey we call life. 🌟

🏃‍♂️🌟 Excuses, Excuses, Excuses 🌟🏃‍♀️

Hey there! 🙌 We all know life can throw curveballs, but it's how we handle them that defines our success. 💪

Last night was one of those nights! 😅 After a demanding day at the office, I was exhausted. And to top it off, it took a whole hour to get my youngest daughter to bed. 🌙

But guess what? I didn't let that stop me. 🚀 I laced up my running shoes, hit the pavement, and got that run in! 🏃‍♂️💨

Life is full of obstacles, but we can't let them become excuses. 💥 Whether it's a challenging day at work, family responsibilities, or any other hurdle, remember that your goals are worth it! 💯

Here are some top tips to help you keep pushing and keep growing:
1️⃣ Prioritise your health and fitness in your daily schedule.
2️⃣ Set realistic goals and create a plan to achieve them.
3️⃣ Find motivation in your personal reasons for wanting to improve.
4️⃣ Surround yourself with a supportive community or coach.
5️⃣ Embrace setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow.

Push through those excuses, and you'll be amazed at what you can achieve. 💥👊 Keep pushing, keep growing, and never stop pursuing your dreams! 🌟💫

🌱 “You’ve Got to Do the Work” 🌱

Last night, as I laced up my running shoes and stepped out the door, it struck me that one of the uncomfortable truths for my clients (and me too!) is: if you want to achieve anything, YOU have to do the work. 💪

No shortcuts, no magic tricks, just good old-fashioned dedication and effort.

🌟 It’s not always easy.
🏃‍♂️ It might mean pushing beyond your comfort zone.
🌄 But with each step, YOU get closer to YOUR goals.

At Roots to Excellence, I’m here to be YOUR guide on this journey. Whether it’s in career, professional or personal development, I’m dedicated to helping YOU tap into YOUR potential and reach new heights.

🌱 Let’s dig deep, work hard, and watch YOU grow. Are YOU ready to start YOUR journey to excellence? Comment “YES” if YOU’RE ready to do the work! 💪🌟

📣 Don’t Let Excuses Hold You Back! 💪

At Roots to Excellence, I believe that excuses are the roadblocks to success. 🚧 It’s time to break free and reach your full potential! 🚀

🚫 No more “I don’t have time.”
🚫 No more “I’m not ready.”
🚫 No more “It’s too hard.”

👉 Today, take that first step towards your goals. Remember, excuses won’t get you there, but determination and action will! 💯

❓ What’s the biggest excuse you’ve overcome on your journey to success? Share your story below! Let’s inspire each other! 💬💪
