FORCS NEWS
Dear Parents and Carers,
You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of The Friends of Reynalds Cross School (FORCS) to be held in The Link building at school on Monday 10th October at 7.00pm.
The meeting will last for about an hour and is an opportunity to see first-hand what FORCS is all about and learn a bit more of some of the fantastic projects we have been able to fund over recent years with support from local businesses, charities, the local community and parents and friends.
Please come along and give your support – there is no obligation to join the committee and there will be cake!!
Kind regards,
Gill Smith

FORCS NEWS
It has been a while since I have been able to bring you any FORCS news. As you can imagine covid has severely curtailed our fund raising efforts but fortunately we have still received some generous donations and gifts. Also, we have some new recruits to the committee. Hurrah!
Our main focus for the next few months is to be the provision of defibrillators for both school sites. This is still in the early stages but given the vulnerability of our pupils we feel it is something worthy of our support.
With future events in mind, half term around the corner and Spring in the air, I wonder if like me, you are hoping to have a bit of a clear out! I’m thinking good quality raffle prizes, tombola items and toys, especially outdoor toys. If so, we would be happy to take them off your hands. Any small items can be sent in with pupils. Please contact me if you have any larger items to donate.
In the meantime, have a lovely half term break and let’s hope for some sunny weather.
