Thank you to the Lady Katherine Foundation for including us in their 350th anniversary celebration. The children’s singing was truly remarkable, capturing the essence of the event. Their enjoyment of the day was evident, especially during the lovely refreshments that followed.

We have booked the sun tomorrow for our Ice Pop Friday! Just a reminder that these will be on sale tomorrow at 3:20pm in the KS2 playground.

We hope you all had a wonderful time at the Father’s Day breakfast this morning. It was heart warming to see so many smiling faces enjoying the special start to the day.

A big thank you goes out to our dedicated staff who came in early to whip up a delicious feast for us all. Your efforts made the morning truly memorable. More photos will be in the newsletter tomorrow!

Our Kids Club adventurers have triumphed! They embarked on a treasure hunt, culminating in a gleeful discovery of the hidden treasure.

Every class received brand new class sets of dictionaries and thesauruses this week due to a generous donation to our PTA funds by Councillor Andrew Burrow. This will help the children with their writing and understanding of the English language. The children have already been putting these books to good use this week! Thanks Andrew Burrow

Our wonderful children took part in Solihull Cultural Education Partnership's New Communities Festival ‘My Community, My Heritage, My Place’. This project encouraged children to celebrate and share their cultural heritage through the arts. They produced a wonderful piece of work which is proudly on display in our reception area. Lady Katherine Leveson CE Primary School 01/03/24 Learning, loving and living with joy

Next Thursday it's World Book Day and we are already excited!

Year 3 and 4 had a wonderful time at Thinktank as part of their topics this term.

We had a wonderful 'Different Shoes Day' to raise money for two children we are supporting in Sri Lanka. The money raised will go towards buying essential texts books and stationery for these children so they can access an education. Thank you for your support.

We had our special dinner this week in preparation for the Chinese New Year. It was very much enjoyed by the children and our catering team did an amazing job with the delicious food and with decorating the hall.

Lady Katherine Leveson CE Primary School 02/02/24 Learning, loving and living with joy

We had the Panto come to Lady K in a what was a very fun filled afternoon. It was also lovely to be joined by some of the residents from the Lady Katherine Housing and Care Home too for quite a lively occasion. The children enjoyed every minute, especially when Mrs Waja and Mrs Waite took part in a dance battle!

As part of our Knights Templar history topic, the children visited the Old Hall and met a real life member of the Knights Templar! The children learnt about the history of our area and its links to the Knights Templar.
