My name is Yupa and I provide specialist tutoring for dyslexic students and diagnostic assessments

I am a graduate of Worcester University (BA (Hons) English Literature), Coventry University (MSc Psychology) and Edge Hill University (PGCert SpLD Dyslexia). I am also an associate and professional member of the British Dyslexia Association (AMBDA), with Approved Teacher Status (ATS). This means I am a specialist dyslexia teacher and am fully qualified to carry out dyslexia assessments. I also have an up-to-date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. I have taught English Literature and Language at key stage 3 and GCSE for the past sixteen years, seven of which have been with students with high anxiety in small groups or one-to-one. I currently teach English at KS3 and GCSE to dyslexic students, assess for dyslexia and provide specialist dyslexia lessons/interventions for Primary and Secondary aged students. I have extensive experience of teaching dyslexic children with autism and ADD.
