π Celebrating Benjaminβs Incredible Achievements π
Introducing Benjamin Yates from St Alphege Pre-school!
During his Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship, Benjamin led key projects, including creating a micro victory garden to provide children with hands-on experiences in sustainability, healthy eating, and environmental awareness. Benjamin secured Β£8,000 in funding from the Big Lottery Fund for this project, which also achieved Levels 1-5 of the RHS School Awards Scheme. π
Benjamin credits his apprenticeship with expanding his knowledge of child development and best practice, strengthening his project management skills, and deepening his understanding of legislation and policy. His work has enhanced outdoor learning, secured vital funding, and ensured high standards in practice.
Weβre delighted to recognise Benjamin's efforts and canβt wait to see what he does next! π
