We are a busy but friendly school and nursery, with lots going on. This page aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents and pupils. Katherine's is wonderfully situated within its own open and expansive grounds. The school is proud of how it encourages its pupils to make good progress within a well-planned curriculum, as well

as providing good quality teaching. We welcome pupils from the age of three to eleven and our all-through status gives children a wonderful experience in a secure and happy environment. The aim of the school is to provide a caring, structured environment where children make a positive contribution and can develop judgement, social skills and personal discipline. Dinosaur News Report !🦖🦕 This afternoon Gala Class and Bramley Class found the remains of a dinosaur in their outdoor area! After carefully digging in the soil, a dinosaur head appeared! Mr Lang has contacted the Natural History Museum to tell them about this amazing discovery. Years 1 to 6 will be attending an assembly on Monday to find out more information about this exciting event. Well done Reception for being such great archaeologists.😀

We are incredibly proud of how brilliantly everyone has settled into nursery life. The children have loved exploring their new learning environment, making new friends and getting to know our very special class pets, Sammy the snail 🐌 and Bruno and Smoky the guinea pigs 🐹. It has been an action-packed week full of playing, discovering, and learning. We can’t wait to see what next week brings!
