Today, we donned our party clothes and discoed in style today at our 'Good to be green' behaviour treat for the summer term! The children danced, played games and even had a dance off, celebrating their excellent behaviour.

This afternoon, Year 6 were gathered together in our school hall for the last time to do their leavers' assembly. They shared some memories of their time in with us over the years, sang some farewell songs and received a goody bag, a graduation certificate and a book - upholding the tradition started by Annie Lennard, Mayor of Sandwell, herself, all those years ago. How many of you who came to Annie Lennards still have your book?

We now know the 2 classes with teams through to the final of the World Cup 2006 are Nursery with Argentina and Year 1 with Spain! These 2 classes will receive a prize in conjunction with The Albion Federation when we come back in September! We all greatly enjoyed our Annie Lennard World Cup fever! ###
