So yesterday we took a few of our members to Braywick Leisure Centre to make use of the rig. Our gymnasts had a great time. We were only there for an hour but we achieved so much. Here’s an example of what we did. Mia and Kaitlyn both overcoming fears to accomplish a big skill. Our thanks to Mike for making this possible.

What a fantastic start to the 2026 competition season. We had 9 bouncers competing in Eastleigh yesterday. 2 at assessment level, Maya and Elena who both achieved silver medals for their routines. 7 at Regional level, who all qualified for regional finals in April. Well done to everyone, especially our gold medal winners, Xavier and Martin, and our bronze medal winner Martin. A great job from everyone, especially in such competitive groups.

Happy new year everyone.

The spring term is underway and all classes have now resumed with our recreational classes having lots of fun.

We head straight into completion season with our squad. So watch this space for results.

Spaces are available across the week for various age groups so please do get in touch if you are looking for classes. Taster sessions are available.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back to our sessions.
