From 18 to 21 January, I am holding a private Karma to Dharma™ residential immersion at Upper Woodlands in Somerset.

Four days to step away from familiar roles and responsibilities.
To recognise the patterns shaping your present transition.

To understand what may have completed.
To reconnect with what remains true.

And to consider how you want to meet the year ahead.
This is not a self-care retreat or a temporary escape.

It is an intimate identity threshold for accomplished people who sense that the life they have built may no longer express the whole of who they have become.

It's hard to believe that just a few years ago I was feeling a sense of mis-alignment I couldn't name. I was waking up at night with my chest racing. I felt discomfort in my body that wasn't medical.

My mind was telling me that I had unfulfilled potential. I knew I was meant for more, but I didn't know what, how, why.

I loved my life but something felt missing. Until I started channeling ancient wisdom.

Karma is the pattern, Dharma is purpose.

Now fast forward and here I am living my dream life! Embodying the divine feminine and masculine combined.

I embrace self-love, I practice gratitude and most of all I make decisions from my truth not my patterns or conditioning.

The best part is that I now share it with others. I provide them with the exact tools I've used to navigate my process. This work is harder and longer to do alone.

Working with me fast tracks years into months. Healing is not linear but you can learn from someone whose walked the path.

DNC is entering its next chapter

For more than twenty years, DNC has been a space for dance, creativity, confidence, culture and community.

As many of you know, my own work has evolved into Journey with Nikita, where I now explore identity, patterns, purpose, creativity and the journey from Karma to Dharma.

I once saw these as two separate chapters. I now understand that Journey with Nikita grew from everything DNC taught me.

DNC showed me that movement is never only movement. Creativity can reveal who we are beneath expectation. Performance can give us confidence, but it can also teach us to recognise the roles we have learned to inhabit. Dance can become a pathway back to expression, truth and remembrance.

I am therefore bringing the DNC community into closer relationship with Journey with Nikita.

This group will continue as a home for our memories, relationships and shared legacy. It will also become a space where I occasionally share the deeper themes that now shape my work: creativity, embodiment, identity, transition and dharma.

The public Journey with Nikita Page will be the main home for my current work, speaking, writing, podcast conversations and programmes.

There is no expectation that every member of DNC will want to enter this next chapter. You are welcome to remain connected to the legacy we created together. For those who feel drawn to the deeper journey, the doorway is now open.

I am so honoured to share that I have been invited to the TED stage in Cornwall this June.

This moment is not just a personal milestone, it is an opening. A chance to elevate the message that has guided my entire journey for 2 decades. Every one of us carries a creative force within us that is always leading us toward a life chosen by the soul, not inherited from the world.

Being selected as a TED speaker feels like a blessing that has moved from my vision board into reality, and I am deeply grateful.

The theme of this year is "Creativity" and my title 'Dance with your Dharma' is the bridge from chaos to clarity. My talk will combine my passion for dance with my mission for Dharma.

I am looking forward to sharing that the life you were handed does not have to be the life you keep.

You are allowed to imagine again. You are allowed to create again. And you are allowed to step into your life with purpose that was always meant for you.
