You are invited to join us for a weekly Jummah speech series titled:

🌟 Legacy of the Prophets – قصص الأنبياء 🌟
🕛 Time: Fridays at 12:10 PM
📍 Location: Upton Lea Community Centre
Wexham Road, Slough, SL2 5JW

This series will run over several weeks, each session focusing on a different Prophet.
We will look at their lives, the challenges they faced, and the lessons Allah teaches us through their stories. The aim is to help us strengthen our faith and take practical guidance from their examples.

“When the call to prayer is made on Friday, proceed to the remembrance of Allah…”

🚨 Tajweed Teacher Needed

Alhamdulillah! What an inspiring and spiritually uplifting event we had with Ustadh Zia at our event “Footsteps of the Prophet ‎ﷺ”

It was truly a blessing to come together as a community to learn, reflect, and grow in our faith. May Allah (SWT) reward Ustadh Zia and all those who attended. Let us continue to strive to walk in the footsteps of the Prophet, following his example in every aspect of our lives.

Jazakum Allahu Khair for being a part of this beautiful gathering. May we all continue to grow in knowledge and piety.

Slough Nur have made the decision that Jummah (Friday prayers) at Upton Lea community centre are cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic.

As you may have heard it’s extremely contagious and our elders are at greatest risk.

We will continue to review our decision as things progress, any further updates will be announced on our social media platform.

Last Sundays class was taught by Qari Nasir who completed Hifz in Masjid al haram Makkah.
The kids went through the very basics of tajweed.
Learning the difference between light and heavy letters and the difference in pronounciation.
