My challenge to you today is to make a goal for the following:

The New Year is less than a week away and if you’re anything like me, you are probably finding yourself reflecting on 2023 and everything that has happened this year!

Some of you might have even taken the time to check back on the goals that you set for yourself at the start of the year to see whether you have achieved them or not.

If that is you and you haven’t reached all of the goals that you set at the beginning of the year, that’s okay! You don’t need to have achieved every single goal to be successful and you can still celebrate how far you’ve come and the journey you’ve been on even if you haven’t crossed off every goal.

In life and business, there is no linear path. The are changes and bumps along the way and sometimes the goals that we set at the beginning of a New Year aren’t always relevant at the year. This is also okay!

So I encourage you to celebrate your journey by sharing something that you’ve done or achieved this year that you’re proud of ✨

Life’s portrait: A masterpiece of twists and turns, where every line tells a unique story. 🌀

As we near the end of another year, marking a year and a half of Lumos I find myself reflecting on the journey I have been on over the last 12 months and all the experiences I’ve been through along the way.

I created Lumos so that I could help empower individuals to face their challenges, foster personal growth, and excel in their business endeavours. Whilst working with my incredible clients to break free from their limiting beliefs and unleash their full potential, I have also been continuously practising what I preach by working on and investing in myself.

Some of the highlights from this year have been:
✅ Being a part of the panel at FemFestival .
✅ Being able to help small business owners level up their businesses through my business coaching programme.
✅ Watching my clients evolve and learning the habit of being able to enjoy the journey (which is easier said than done).
✅ Working with Haven House Children’s Hospice on launching their first-ever virtual mass participation challenge - with England Captain I Ambassador Harry Kane.
✅ Working with Ovarian Cancer Action on their flagship event Walk in Her Name - with Ambassador and Lioness Beth Mead
✅ Launching Design Makers - helping charities design fundraising materials for their fundraising campaigns as well as helping small businesses launch their brands!
