We are immensely proud to share the exceptional GCSE results achieved by our year 11 students. Once again, our students have demonstrated outstanding levels of commitment, resilience and perseverance, culminating in an exemplary set of results. We would like to extend our congratulations to every student for their hard work and determination, throughout their journey over the last 5 years.
This year's results reflect our continued outstanding achievement at GCSE, with a quarter of all grades awarded at grade 9 and more than half of all grades being awarded grade 8 or above.
Maths results were hugely impressive with all students gaining grade 9-5, 30% grade 9 and 67% gaining grades 9-8.
English results were similarly impressive with 80% of students gaining grade 9-7 in English Language.
Exceptionally strong performance in RE, History and Food, with 37%, 39% and 55% of grades 9 awarded respectively. Across the Humanities, Creative and Performing Arts , Languages and Emerging Technologies faculties, students' performance is consistently high.
The achievements of our students would not have been possible without the unwavering support of parents, families and teachers. The collaborative partnership between students, their families and the school remains essential to fostering academic success and personal development, which ensures each pupil achieves their full potential.
We look forward to supporting our students on their next steps into the Sixth Form and beyond into the future.

St Bernard's Catholic Grammar School are delighted to announce another year of exceptional A-Level results, reflecting the dedication, resilience and hard work of our students.
As always, we celebrate the results of all our students, however, we are particularly proud to highlight a record number of students who gained places at Oxford and Cambridge Universities. In addition to this, 15 students gained straight A* grades or A* grades and one A.
Across a wide range of subjects, many students have achieved top grades, which is a testament to their relentless dedication and the nurturing environment created by our comitted staff.
Alongside the vast majority of students accepting their first choice university, we are pleased to see students progressing a diverse array of pathways, including a significant number of students securing places on degree apprenticeships and others gaining admission to study medicine.
At St Bernard's, we are committed to developing the academic and personal growth of all our students, based on our shared values and commitment to ensuring that each individual can achieve their full potential. The accomplishments of this year's cohort stand as a shining example of what can be achieved through aspiration, hard work, perseverance and belief.
