Woodside Children Nursery is dedicated in its aim to providing outstanding quality child care and education for young children between the ages of 0 to 11 years. Woodside Children Nursery provides a safe, fun, happy, and caring environment where every aspect of each child’s development is encouraged and nurtured by the constant interaction of the close-knit team. Great importance is pl

aced on parent partnership and the building of good positive relationships with families. Following the Early Years Foundation Framework (EYFS) the Nursery provides indoor and outdoor activities to make learning fun and exciting. Our Mission

It is our mission at Woodside Children Nursery to provide a safe and caring environment, where all children will be stimulated, encouraged and most of all treated as an individual. As a child moves through the nursery into Pre-School our emphasis is more on learning in readiness for starting school. We provide plenty of opportunities for learning through play and activities based on the ‘Early Years Foundation Stages’ Setting the Standards for Learning and Development.

We also would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you for all the gifts, cards and kind messages from parents/carers this Christmas. The staff have all been overwhelmed with your kindness.

WOW!! A HUGE thank you to Sleaford Tesco who have dropped off all of these chocolate selection boxes via their Community Champion, Louise, for our children to make sure everyone gets a special something this Christmas. We also want to say a huge well done as one of our Pre-Schoolers has won a prize due to their beautiful colouring competition entry.

On Tuesday we had confirmation via a letter that Santa was coming for a visit and on Wednesday he did! We absolutely loved seeing him and the children had lots of fun receiving their gifts and telling Santa what they were hoping for on Christmas Day 🎅🎁

A huge thanks to all our parents/carers for helping us celebrate and raise money for Children In Need. We raised £24.70 thanks to your generous donations. We will be rounding that up & doubling it and will be donating £50.00. We loved seeing the children in their Pyjamas and had fun doing some craft items and playing with coloured rice in the tuff spots
