Situated just outside Sleaford in the village of Helpringham. Join us at one of our classes at Helpringham Village Hall at 7pm Fridays for an exciting introduction into this very broad martial art. Our Kung Fu classes are designed for children all the way up to adults. It is a fun and enjoyable experience to learn and it includes lessons from traditional styles to modern weaponry. Lai-Ga-Sau Kung Fu is rooted in traditional Kung Fu established in China around 2700BC. We offer an updated breed of this Chinese martial art evolved over centuries but with a twist to meet the today's modern requirements
The style encompasses an array of high and low kicks, walking techniques and weaponry such as the sword and staff. It also includes more modern elements such as knife defence and points (competition-style) sparring
