Year 12 fine art and photography students took a trip to London today to visit The National Gallery, The Photographers Gallery and Tate Modern. We covered lots of distance across the city (step counters are currently reading 27,000+ steps!) which gave lots of time to take photos and sketch in-between our gallery time. It's been a long day and there are some sore feet, but a brilliant opportunity to conduct research for personal projects and experience a huge variety of art.

Former KSHS student Emily Lloyd returned recently to inspire the next generation during our annual World of Work Day ๐
Now working as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Emergency Medicine, Emily shared her journey into healthcare, giving Year 9 pupils valuable insight into a lesser-known role within the sector.
The event also welcomed other professionals from a wide range of industries, helping students explore potential career pathways and gain a better understanding of life beyond the classroom ๐
