We all know & I know that it is the cry deep inside of our own souls daily?

Dealing with one is a challenge, but we have all three, the truth, it’s a living nightmare.

What we end up with is this:
A business or role that’s become a burden not a benefit, drowning in more & more B/S.
Disjointed connection with our kids, we sound more like our parents every day.
