We are now assessing students who would like to start tuition with us from September.

We currently have spaces in our after school and Saturday morning sessions. They fill up quickly though, so don’t leave it too late.

There is also the option for students to get ‘back to school ready’ and start tuition the week beginning the 24th of August.

⭐️Student of the Month⭐️

These two wonderful students are in Year 11 and have just finished their tuition. They have both worked consistently hard over the last few years, both during sessions and for homework. They have also been a joy to have at the centre and will be missed.

- Plan at the start. Proof and edit at the end.

- Structure of the transactional writing

- Start with a clear viewpoint

- Persuasive techniques:
DEFOREST
Ethos, pathos, logos

- SPAG

Use the two sources you are given in your exam to remind you of techniques such as direct address, or to help with the correct use of a semi-colon.

It’s been a hectic and busy term supporting our Year 11 Maths and English students as they prepared for their exams.

It’s hard to believe how quickly the time has gone. Now that exam season is almost over, we’re taking a moment to reflect on everything they’ve achieved through their hard work, determination, and resilience.

As our students begin to leave over this week and next, we know we’ll miss seeing them each week. It has been a privilege to be part of their journey, and we’re incredibly proud of all they’ve accomplished.

We wish each and every one of them the very best for the future and look forward to hearing about their next successes. 😀

Check your calculator. It should be in DEG (degrees) mode, not RAD (radians).

Remember to use the calculator for accuracy, but don’t let it replace showing your method.

Don’t leave anything blank
