Boogie Mites - Sleaford and surrounds

As the summer holidays draw to a close, I wanted to firstly thank all the fab families who have come along to Boogie Mites in the last year! It's been wonderful meeting you all and I'm so thankful for your support!! I hope you all had a good summer, whatever that looked like for you. Here's a little snap from our 6 weeks holidays ☀️ camping, boat trips to family in Northern Ireland, beach trips, park visits, home playing, and more (throw in several nights of less sleep, tantrums, boredom, squabbles for a good measure of reality too of course!!)

I will of course let you know when Boogie Mites will resume, but it's a short goodbye for now... Hope to see you again when it does start up! 😊👋🎵🫧🥁

☀️ Summer Holidays☀️

Wishing all the families all the best! And for some families who are able to make it, I'm glad there is one last moment to sing together at my pop-ups or at the catch up session on Fri 28th July !

Sessions this week are cancelled, Tuesday at RAF Digby and Wednesday at Cranwell Village Hall. So sorry!

I've come down with a sickness bug this morning and do not want to pass it on!

I will send emails to all later. Please do let me know if you have received the message here though to save me a job if so.

Cranwell customers, I will issue a refund in the coming days via the method in which you paid - by stripe on the online booking system (you'll receive an email to notify you). Those who paid via bank transfer, please message me your bank details and I can send a refund there.

⭐ Monday's Magic of Music ⭐

🎵 Music is fun to dance to!🎵

Dancing around together is a brilliant part of our Boogie Mites Sessions. In those moments, not only are we sharing a fun time together, but we are giving our brains and bodies a workout.

🧠Music gives us a whole brain workout, firing up all areas of the brain at once and using a multitude of neural pathways to process the information.
🚼🚸Boogie Mites sessions develop your little one’s co-ordination, sense of spatial awareness, gross motor skills, and general physical skills.

👀It's great to see how little ones watch the movements closely and then figure out how to replicate them.
From the smallest ones, working out how to turn their head to follow the scarf, or clap their hands together – to the biggest ones learning to balance on one leg whilst holding a shaker underneath!

💛I love how they are developing a strong and healthy attitude to movement and fitness.
💛But best of all, I love how much fun we have together.
