What a day for Team Brooklands ⭐. A mixed group headed to Carlton Keighley to play football ⚽. It was amazing to see everyone getting involved, supporting each other and the brilliant sportsmanship. Brooklands boys formed a team with some pupils from Beechcliffe School and made a fabulous group. Well done team, super proud!

Oak Class had a fantastic day out in Grassington where we met Chuffers the celebrity cat, had a picnic and an ice cream and then visited Upper Warfedale Fell Rescue Association. The volunteer mountain rescuers were amazing and let us try out the vehicles and put a stretcher together. We learnt all about the different types of rescuing that they do and equipment that they use. We have lots of great ideas to answer our big question this half term ‘how do you stay safe in the mountains?’
