What a lovely way to end the term at Otley Street Community Nursery School! ☀️

Our two-year-olds have had so much fun exploring shells in the sand, practising their throwing skills with hoops, singing lots of favourite nursery rhymes together, and creating shapes and colourful marks with chalk outdoors.


It has been such a joy to watch their confidence, curiosity, and creativity grow through play this term. We hope all our families have a wonderful summer! 💛

🎶 We were delighted to welcome Rhythm Time to Otley Street Community Nursery School today for their final session of the year!

Our children loved singing, dancing, exploring instruments and making music together. It was wonderful to see so many happy smiles as they learned through play.

A big thank you to the Rhythm Time team – we can’t wait to welcome you back! 💛🎵

A fantastic end to a brilliant year! 🎈🏅

Our Sports Day was a whirlwind of activity, laughter, and plenty of friendly competition. It was wonderful to see the children get stuck into such a variety of games, from basketball and football to the classic bean-bag toss and obstacle courses. And, of course, no Sports Day would be complete without ice lollies to finish! Thank you to everyone for making it such a memorable end to the year. 🍦✨

We are so proud of the energy and teamwork everyone showed! A huge thank you to our dedicated team for all their hard work in planning and setting up such a wonderful day for the children.

It has been a week of colourful discovery at Otley Street as we explored all things clouds and rainbows. 🌈☁️

From sandy dunes to handprint camels, last week was a desert adventure at Otley Street! 🏜️🎨

We had a wonderful time exploring the desert environment, talking about the animals that live there, and getting creative with paint and real sand. Exploring these different textures is such a brilliant way to build curiosity and engage our little ones' senses. Another lovely, messy, and fun-filled week! 🐫✨
