For our very last Little Buds forest school session of the year the children used their senses to explore the different flowers 🌷 we touched the petals and smelt their scent and put what we had collected into our treasure buckets to take back to nursery to make crafty pictures. Well done Little explorers 🌳🪵🐰

Football’s coming to Little Buds

Today the children have really shown off their football skills to celebrate kicking off the World Cup ⚽️

The children use their feet to kick the ball some of the children kicking the ball into our makeshift football goals. We used positive language of encourage such as “what a goal” and “super kicking” the children shared the ball between each other and showed great physical development and hand eye coordination.

The children showed enjoyment each time they got the ball and showed great understanding as they kicked and threw them into the goal.
