A brief historical overview of the relationship between Kwans and Kukkiwon

I read something over the weekend that really stuck with me. It said - "You can't learn to drive in a parked car" - and it really made me think about getting started in Taekwondo (or starting anything you really want to achieve in life.)

We often wait for the perfect moment, the perfect level of confidence, the perfect level of fitness… but progress only begins when you take that first small step.

You don’t need to know everything. You don’t need to feel ready. You just need to begin, and let each step teach you the next one.
