When speaking about her time on the course she said, "as part of my counselling services, I wanted to develop the skills needed to offer nail treatments as I felt that they would help to create a more relaxed and welcoming environment for my clients. What I've enjoyed most about the course has been the opportunity to learn more skills in such a supportive setting. Sam, my tutor, has been brilliant throughout, keeping lessons engaging and making learning enjoyable. My peers have also been incredibly welcoming, which has helped build my confidence and made the experience even more rewarding."

As one of our Adult learners, Alana has gone from strength to strength studying our Access To Higher Education: Nursing course and is now preparing to continue her studies at University 🥰

"I chose the course because I've always dreamed of becoming a Children's Nurse, and it offered a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable UCAS points while progressing towards my career goals. The part I've enjoyed most has been stepping back into the academic world and developing my knowledge alongside like-minded people. It has been a really positive experience, and I've met some great people on the course. The tutors have been amazing, supporting me every step of the way and helping me build my confidence and skills."

We are delighted to share that Alana will be studying BSc (Hons) Nursing (Child) at Liverpool John Moores University in September, allowing her to take the next step towards her ambition of becoming a Children's Nurse.
