I'm so sorry, I'm going to have to cancel class again tonight😥as my dizzy head has come back today and to top it off ive pulled my back....this is not a good week for me lol 🙄 I will miss you and keep my fingers crossed for next week 🤞 apologies again, enjoy your evening 😊 Zumba love ❤️ xx

Afternoon all,

I'm so sorry, I've woken up with a very fuzzy head, feeling dizzy and nauseous 🤢 I thought it may have subsided throughout the day but sadly not, so I will be cancelling classes today in Friskney 😢

I am sad that i won't be dancing with you.

Hopefully see you on Thursday 🤞
