Just look at what this lovely group made at Green Cottages Kitchen: cinnamon rolls, rosemary focaccia and beautiful golden brioche loaves. There was barely enough room on the counter for it all!

What a lovely day in the Green Cottages Kitchen! 🍞

Today’s bakers made cinnamon rolls, rosemary focaccia and beautifully golden brioche loaves — and went home with boxes full of their own baking. Thank you all for joining me!

🌾🍞 Today’s Star Bakers! 🍞🌾

What a fantastic day on our Beginner’s Breadmaking Workshop! From mixing and kneading to shaping and baking, these two produced an incredible selection of artisan breads and should be very proud of what they achieved.

There’s nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked bread and the satisfaction of taking home loaves you’ve made yourself from scratch. Today was filled with great conversation, lots of learning, and plenty of flour-covered fun!

A huge well done to our star bakers for their enthusiasm and hard work – just look at those beautiful breads! 👏🥖
