BoniFit with Andrea My Clubbercise & Fitness Pilates classes have returned to the Meads Hall. You must book your Meads Hall class place via bookwhen. No walk-ins will be allowed.

💪💻VIP ONDEMAND workouts do anytime I am running live online classes too and my On Demand VIP group has over 50 workouts in and two new added each week. Spaces are limited don’t delay in booking use or you may miss out. If this happens please join us online. CLUBBERCISE is an excellent cardio workout. It’s like having a night-out at home while you keep fit! Clubbercise is for all fitness levels as I give high & low impact options. Enjoy improving your cardio fitness while dancing around with glow sticks or a disco light to some awesome club tunes. The routines are easy-to-follow & fun! We turn down the lights, you can stick on a glow light if you have one & use glow sticks! These can be bought from myself £5 per pair at class it is important you bring the correct money to minimise contact. Wear your fitness clothes and trainers and have water ready! FITNESS PILATES is a wonderful low impact workout that not only strengthens your core but helps with posture, balance & flexibility. We do standing balance sequences and floor exercises that not only help you to feel physically fitter will leave you feeling calm and relaxed. A great mind & body workout. You must bring your own fitness mat to the hall as I will not be able to hire them out anymore. Also bring a stretch band if you have one. Book your class ticket:

After being so honoured to win Regional Instructor South East last year, to be recognised again this year means the absolute world to me! 🌎🫶

To whoever took the time to nominate me, thank you from the bottom of my heart! 💗

I pour everything into my classes all my experience, knowledge, fun & laughter, to supporting & encouraging our incredible ladies & Mums. I couldn’t do any of this without my wonderful BoniFit class members from my glow team, to my online VIP’s to my Mummies from Mums & Tots & everyone that comes along to move, smile & support one another every single week! You make every class so special & I couldn’t do this without you, so thank you 🥰✨
