We would like to say a massive thank you to all those parents who supported our Fathers Day Gift Shop today.
The children were very excited to come and pick there gifts for dad, grandad and those special people in their lives, especially in the hot weather today, it was nice for them to get outside for a little bit!
We did our best to remember as many siblings as possible but not always achievable given the amount of children we see but we do our best!
All of the members of the pta have full time working jobs and we take our spare time and alot of effort into buying gifts, arrange wrapping and plan these events as well as many other things we organise in school and obviously we don’t get paid for this, so we hope parents can appreciate the effort we go to do this.
We set deadlines for these types of gift shops purely because of the amount of orders we get, we need to ensure there is enough gifts for every child that has paid, while we can appreciate emergencies in families can take place and other priorities it can be extremely tough for us, as an example, if we order 650 gifts and have 634 children who have pre booked, but then have extras on the day with cash or try to order past the deadline, it puts alot of pressure on us to make sure we have enough available.
We aim to send anything out with enough notice as possible with easy access. If there are any issues we are always around on drop off and pick up for questions or assistance.
We again, thank you for your support and co-operation… here’s to our next event .. the summer festival (Yr R-2 14th July 3:30pm - 5pm + Yr 3-5 15th July 3:30-5pm July 2026 🥰
