All our staff are qualified to NVQ level 3 in Early Years and Child Care and regularly attend refresher courses. We follow the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage 2012. Your child will have fun with us but learn at the same time; as well as making new friends and learning to mix with other children. We have a safe and secure outdoor play area which we use every day, weather pe
rmitting. We operate a key worker system, which means that a member of staff is assigned to your child and assesses them regularly, which enables us to keep detailed records of your child’s progress. These records are available for you to see at any time, and the member of staff assigned to your child is available to discuss any concerns that you may have. Due to our commitment to safeguarding children, we follow a carefully structured recruitment and selection procedure. Our Pre-School staff are experienced and trained to meet children's individual emotional and development needs and provide inclusive play and learning opportunities.
