John was always patient and also praised me especially when carrying out manoeuvres which wasn't my strongest point and this built up my confidence so when it came to my test i wasn't even that nervous because of him and I passe

"This morning I felt a bit tense, then I meet Karen who was giving the wagon a last minute polish so we went through the show Me Tell Me questions and general understanding.After the Test so happy some kind of scream came from my mouth. I cannot thank caption Karen enough for all her help. I guess the amount of times karen grabbed the wheel and told me off certainly paid off passed 1st time you have to pick Karen shes a little nuts but you will have fun and PASS"
