Let's say HELLO' to Donna Loynton who has been onboard with AC Training for a few weeks now. She has joined us with stacks of apprenticeship experience - both personal and professional - in a newly created role - Operations Manager in our thriving Sports Division. ⚽🥅👟

AC Training is 'tooling up' with many support and operational professionals joining our team. We continue to build upon a well-established and highly skilled team to give our learners the very best experience.

RESULTS ARE IN - WHAT'S NEXT?!!

As a training provider, we know how nail-biting going through end assessments, exam periods and receiving results can be! 😮‍💨

Over the last week, thousands of young people have received final outcomes of their GCSE and A Levels. Some will have received exactly what they hoped for, maybe more. Others, may have opened up a different path than originally planned. 🎯🗺️

Whatever the results, we are to remind you: there is no single route to success. Every journey is different, and every pathway has value.

AC Training devise, run and support a whole range of programmes, courses, apprenticeships and levels of study. Some learners will follow clear, focused goals, others will build towards where they want to be incrementally. 🧱 🔍

Every experience in education and learning will help build confidence, develop skills and work towards future that works for an individual: U-turns, new paths and even the odd failure are all part of an enriching process.

Earlier today our Sports Skills Coaches surprised their colleague Sophie, who will be leaving for maternity leave next week. International time zones and oceans didn't get in the way of this special gathering...with colleagues joining from South Africa and Thailand. 🌍💻

The team had fun with a parenting quiz and game of Would You Rather? 📝💬Everyone passed on advice and top tips, before being given a tour of the nursery - all ready for the new arrival.

Huge congratulations to Nelly Samchkuashvili who has smashed her End Point Assessment (EPA) receiving no less than a Distinction on her Operations Manager Level 5 apprenticeship. 👏🥂

Nelly has taken the time to reflect on the impact her skills coach Diane Clark made on her learning journey:

Claire, Amy and Helen - from our client relations, marketing and business services team - attended the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce Summer BBQ at Albright Hussey Manor yesterday evening.

We enjoyed attending the event - it's always great to meet up with other members and businesses across the county. Bonkers heat though! All three are reportedly happy to be back in front of their home office fans!!! 🔥☀️🌬️🪭

Are you an experienced apprenticeship compliance professional who knows DfE funding rules inside out?

AC Training is looking for an Apprenticeship Compliance Lead to help ensure our apprenticeship provision remains compliant, audit-ready and funding secure.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in apprenticeship compliance, funding and audits who enjoys working with data, documentation and quality processes. Be part of a supportive and growing training provider.

Please note:
🌟 Apprenticeship compliance and funding expertise essential
🌟 Experience in an audit/compliance role required
🌟 Remote, full time (with occasional travel to Shrewsbury)

In this role, you'll lead on compliance activity, support internal audits, monitor learner documentation, interpret funding rule changes, and work closely with our operations and delivery teams to maintain the highest standards.
