Welcome to Radbrook Day Nursery
Radbrook Day Nursery is a small purpose built unit
offering a full day care service from 6 weeks - 5 years olds. It has been created to link good quality child care to the
need of the professional working parent. Parents can relax in the knowledge that their children are in an environment
that ensures their happiness and emotional stability. We pride ourselves on offering a safe, happy and homely environment
where children can explore, create, imagine and above all learn. We encourage positive attitudes to self and others to develop confidence and self esteem. We are registered by Ofsted . We offer places for a maximum of twenty children, which encourages close relationships with adults and other children. We follow the Statutory framework for the Early years foundation Stage. We believe that parents and nursery staff should work together to ensure the continuity between home and nursery.

🍂 Welly Wednesday 🌳🥾

What a lovely first Welly Wednesday! We walked to the woods, explored some dens and compared lots of different sticks — including some bigger than the blue ladies! 🪵

We enjoyed The Leaf Thief and talked about what happens to leaves in autumn before collecting our own leaves and sticks to bring back to nursery for some creative activities. 🍁🎨

We even spotted the real leaf thief — the wind! 🌬️ — blowing leaves from the trees and watching them fall.

A wonderful morning of exploring, discovering and learning outdoors! 💚

We have had an excellent first session back at Kickstars! ⚽️❤️ All the children really enjoyed getting active and joining in with the fun.

Today’s session supported their physical development, helping to develop gross motor skills, balance, coordination, spatial awareness and confidence through movement, kicking and ball activities. 🌟

A huge thank you to Jo for another fantastic session. We look forward to seeing you again next week! ⚽️🙌
