This week, teaching and support staff are coming together for a programme of professional development, with a focus on Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction and evidence informed teaching practice.

Through the lens of inclusion, our sessions will explore how effective strategies can enhance learner engagement, achievement, and progression. This approach is aligned with the college’s wider evidence led CPD strategy, and the changes to the statutory framework for careers, including building aspiration.

Through continuous improvement we will deliver positive and impactful learning experiences for our students.

We’re pleased to be working alongside local community groups Mothership, Teens with Tots, and We are Listening to help reduce social isolation across our community, supporting groups including older residents and new parents.
