It was fantastic to see families and members of the local community exploring the centre, taking part in our adventure and environmental activities, and enjoying some delicious treats from our kitchen team.

A special shout-out goes to all those visitors who bravely carried on during the showers. Your enthusiasm certainly wasn't dampened!

We're looking forward to welcoming visitors to Preston Montford to explore our centre, meet the team, and experience some of our outdoor learning and adventure activities.

🌿 Discover fascinating creatures while pond dipping, put your navigation skills to the test with orienteering, and try your hand at practical bushcraft skills, with all these activities and more available on the day.

Whether you're keen to spend time outdoors, discover something new, or simply enjoy a day exploring nature, we'd love to welcome you!

Preston Montford will be open to the public on the 20th of August from 10-5. You can expect a range of adventurous and nature-based activities to entertain the whole family.

Where will curiosity take your pupils?
Orienteering is one of our +Adventure activities which pushes your pupils to explore, question and lead. With every turn, they grow more confident and more curious, supported by educators who help them see what they’re capable of.
