Enjoying an Owl flying session
Owls for Education
Owls for Education is all about bringing lessons to life through the use of interactive, fun sessions with our birds.
But we're not just talking about maths and science. Life skills can be learnt through understanding and working with birds of prey.
School visits/ scouts are always a bit of fun when Sonic is out. We will bring a variety of birds for you to see flying around

We started 2022 with the first of our visits...
I started my school visits today with a visit to Weston Primary School, Runcorn. The Year 2's are studying The Owl who was Afraid of the Dark in Literacy and Life Cycles. The children, and staff, enjoyed a fun, educational and interactive session. I even got given a picture that a youngster had coloured in. I can't wait to be visiting more schools as the term progresses... - Lisa

It's my turn tonight for some lovely feedback. Thank you to Catherine for this review on my recent visit to St John the Baptist CE Primary School and Nursery. We are taking bookings now for 2022 visits so if you'd like us to bring your children's 'Learning to Life', please call us on 07719 909967 or email [email protected] - Lisa
Thank you so much for a brilliant visit to our school. The children (and adults) were thrilled to see the different species of owls up close and get the chance to fly them too. Lisa tailored the visit specifically to our topic (report writing linked to The Owl who was afraid of the dark) and her talk was both informative and entertaining. It has been an invaluable experience all round: inspiring awe in the children as well as boosting the children's understanding of these magnificent birds. The work that they have produced following the visit demonstrates the impact made by seeing the owls in real life. Thank you so much Lisa.
