"Below is a link to a short survey aimed at, but not limited to, women and girls who live in or visit Shrewsbury Town Centre. We are looking for a general picture of when and where Women and Girls fell most unsafe. Responses will be used to inform a funding application to the Home Office for monies that will go towards making Women and Girls feel safer in Shrewsbury."

Chester Students' Union has received several complaints from students after the elections last week.
We are currently investigating these complaints and in order to do this fairly and robustly will be making no further comment at this stage in regards to the investigation.

Students in Shrewsbury are presenting a powerful play this week about the damaging effect of bullying and how potentially disastrous this can be for all involved.

Have you ever thought of creating a society, but not too sure where to start?
Want to create a greater sense of community at UCS?
Do you have an interest you want to share with other students?
Or, are you part of a group of students at UCS who want greater recognition at the University?
We have included just a few examples of the societies we have over at our Chester Campus on the attached photo. As we continue to set up new societies at UCS, these can act as some inspiration for you!
Creating a new society is such a simple process and we'd love to hear your ideas!
