When you sign up with an online coach, if there is:

❌ No initial conversation surrounding your goals, common struggles, etc.

❌ No discussion around training preferences, food preferences, etc.

❌ No roadmap or plan of action.

Then you can be pretty sure they’re just there to take your money.

It’s called online COACHING for a reason.

If someone has just thrown you a plan, then you don’t hear off them again, they’re not your coach.

Why??

Because they couldn’t give a hoot about your results.

The one thing you should know about online coaching is that it’s highly personalised.

❌ No generic meal plans - if there are foods that you don’t like, how can you expect to stick to the plan??

❌ No generic training programs - if there are exercises you don’t enjoy, how do you expect to stick to them??

Why do they throw you a generic plan??

Because it’s easier for them.

Less time and effort spent coaching.

Give out the same plan to 100 different people, sit back, and watch the money role in.

Happy days right??

Hell no!!

If a coach puts the time and effort in with you that you deserve, then it simply shows how much they care.

And if they care just as much as you do about achieving amazing results, then they will do anything they can to help make your expectations a reality.

And if they don’t want to put the time and effort in with you, then maybe you should question what type of coach that makes them.
