Well it’s been nearly 2 months since leaving the house and going full time in the motorhome 🏡🚐

Not a single weight has been lifted and I’m now starting to feel sluggish 🏋🏼‍♀️

My diet hasn’t been the best and water consumption has pretty much been nonexistent 🍔💦

So the time has come to get myself back together and take control of my body 💪🏼

Food and exercise plans are being put together and measurements are being recorded……watch this space 👀
