I had a great chat with Mark Elliott at BBC Shropshire on Friday about spellings and our changing language (from 1.37). Nice opportunity to mention our English courses for carers, university students and anyone who wants to brush up on their spelling, grammar and English language skills ☺️

Mark's in for Jim - have your say on what's happening in Shropshire. Call 0808 100 9696.

Really excited about writing Leap's English & Communication for Care course.
Designed for carers, nurses and healthcare assistants, this course develops the vocabulary, grammar and language skills needed to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
Hoping to boost carers' confidence and meaningful conversations. A cause very close to my heart.

Launching Leap English!

After 25 years teaching in universities, FE colleges and private language schools all over the world, I have taken the "leap" and set up my own business.

Leap English is for individual students who need Academic, Business or General English at any level or who are studying for an English exam such as IELTS or OET. Students get one to one lessons tailored to their individual subject/work area and learning goals.

Leap English also builds on my experience working with businesses and organisations to create and deliver bespoke courses targeting specific job roles and language needs.

If you would like more information, check out the website www.LeapEnglish.co.uk or drop me a line. 🙂
