Mental health awareness week!

Fox update! 🦊🦊

The foxes were out lots last night, we can now see there are at least two! One fox even stayed up past their bedtime, watch till the end to see it's pretty colour!

World Oral Health Day 🦷

Today is world oral health day, we have been having lots of discussions about how to keep our teeth healthy, talking about tooth brushing routines, what food if best for our teeth and going to the dentist.

Oh help oh no it’s a…

This week we have been focusing on the book “The Gruffalo” focusing on this familiar story has enabled the children to understand the way stories are structured and talk about aspects such as beginning, middle & end.

We explored the different foods mentioned in the story some children chose to recreate the story reciting lines from the book.

To finish off the week we made Gruffalo crumble, the children helped to decide what to add to the crumble as we made it and we even added blueberries to create purple prickles!

We went on a walk to the park, we explored the swings and slides and so much more! On the way back to pebbles we looked at the house boats and spotted numbers as we went!
